Introduction to the practice (5 mins)

Trauma-informed yoga and somatic healing practice (1 hour)

Trauma-informed guided healing for the womb and restorative rest (21 minutes)

 

The practice is very gentle and can be customised to suit your body and your comfort, following a trauma-informed framework offering lots of choices and options.  I will invite you to explore the practices, stretches and breathing in a way that is safe and comfortable for you, moving at your own pace and in your own way.  We can go deep, when and if it feels right for you, you choose...
