Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and wellbeing through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. Yoga is a scientific system of self-investigation, self-transformation, and self-realisation that originated in India. 

With me, Yoga Therapy is adapted to the individual, drawing upon my skills and expertise as an Occupational Therapist, I specialise in targeting yoga tools through my understanding of current research into neuroplasticity, mindfulness, interoception and sensory somatic therapies. There are many benefits to yoga and yoga is accessible for everybody.

Yoga Therapy Packages

  1. Package- individual yoga program- your own resources and course materials- more than just a yoga session, you can set yourself up for home practice with lifetime access to your own video and audio guidance recordings
  2. Individual ongoing Yoga Therapy- Mobile and in-studio OT and Yoga sessions customised to suit you and your needs on the day. I can come to you and help you practise safely and progress optimally towards your functional and personal goals.
