baby while you ease tension and prepare for an active
labour. I guide you through calming and revitalizing
breathing techniques; give you tools to manage your
pain in labour; lead you through blissful relaxation and
meditations for bonding with your baby before, during
and after pregnancy; and teach your partner yoga and
massage techniques to support your pregnancy and birth.
